At ChaaGroup Supply, we built this platform because we lived the problem firsthand. Our founder spent over a decade as a Senior Building Operator, managing high-rise commercial buildings — responsible for everything from HVAC systems and plumbing infrastructure to door hardware, electrical panels, pumps, valves, and emergency equipment.

Every day, we dealt with the same frustration: suppliers who didn't know our buildings, distributors who couldn't remember what we ordered last quarter, and platforms that treated every purchase like the very first transaction. When a pump fails at midnight, you don't have time to re-explain your building's specifications to a call center. You need a supplier who already knows your building — its age, its systems, its history.

That frustration became the foundation of ChaaGroup Supply. We built the platform we always wished existed — one that knows your building, remembers your equipment, stores your O&M manuals, and helps you find the right part the first time, every time. No repeat explanations. No lost history. No starting from scratch.

Today, as an active Project Manager working with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automation, and sheet metal contractors, we also understand what project teams need — fast equipment sourcing, seamless submittals, and a supplier who speaks the language of the trade.

We serve property managers, building operators, and project managers across the United States and Canada — supplying commercial hardware, plumbing, HVAC components, tools, electrical supplies, safety equipment, and facility products from trusted manufacturers and distributors.

ChaaGroup Supply is operated by Chaagroup Inc., a Utah-registered US reseller, founded by industry professionals who understand what it takes to keep a building running.
