At ChaaGroup Supply, we built this platform because we lived the problem firsthand. Our founder spent over a decade operating and managing complex industrial and commercial facilities — from high-rise commercial buildings to combined-cycle power plants, petroleum tank depots, and gas plants — and led major projects across all of them. That meant responsibility for everything from HVAC systems and plumbing infrastructure to door hardware, electrical panels, pumps, valves, controls, and emergency equipment.

Every day, we dealt with the same frustration: suppliers who didn't know our facilities, distributors who couldn't remember what we ordered last quarter, and platforms that treated every purchase like the very first transaction.
